Important Information

  • A return can be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 days of approving your return.
  • We do not charge any restocking fee.
  • Return postage costs are paid by the customer.
  • The policy is subject to our Terms of Service.

How to Return Items
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving your parcel. After this period, we are unable to accept any return requests. To begin the process, please contact us using the email address provided below.

For a return to be approved, the items must be in unused condition (unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached).

How the Returns Process Works
Your return journey starts by reaching out to us. Once you provide your order number and the reason for the return, we will review your request during our working hours and respond as soon as possible. We will then share all necessary information, including the return address.

Please pack the items securely so they are not damaged in transit. We strongly recommend choosing a delivery service that offers tracking, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. Please note that all return shipping costs are paid by the customer who initiates the return.

Can I Exchange Items?
If you chose the wrong size or colour, you can request an exchange for the items you purchased. The steps are similar to a standard return. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Is There a Problem With Your Order?
We are very sorry if your order has not arrived as expected. If your parcel is incomplete, damaged, or contains items you did not order, please take clear photographs of the issue and contact us by email, including the images and your order number. We will review the situation and advise you on the next steps.

Need to Cancel Your Order?
If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee that cancellations will be successful, as our warehouse processes orders quickly. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

How Long Does a Refund Take?
Once your returned items arrive safely with us, they will be inspected. If they are not damaged or used, we will approve the return and start the refund process. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method and will be completed within 7 days.
