Shipping Policy

How Our Shipping Works

  • If you place your order on a weekday before 16:00 GMT, we will begin processing it on the same day.
  • Processing takes between zero and two business days (Monday to Friday). During this time we pick your items, check your order and pack your parcel.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes three to four business days (Monday to Friday). At this stage your parcel has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.
  • Standard delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom is free of charge. We cover the postage.

How The Dispatch Process Works
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email so you know we have registered it. Processing your order takes 0-2 business days (Monday – Friday). After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a further email with your tracking details. You can track your order here. Delivery then takes 3-4 business days (Monday – Friday). Postage within the United Kingdom is covered by us.

Is There a Problem With Your Order?
We are very sorry if your order has not arrived as expected. If your parcel is incomplete, damaged, or contains items you did not order, please take clear photographs of the issue and contact us by email, including the images and your order number. We will review the situation and advise you on the next steps.

Need to Cancel Your Order?
If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee that cancellations will be successful, as our warehouse processes orders quickly. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Is Your Order Delayed?
If the stated delivery time has already passed, please allow an additional 48 business hours and then contact us via the email address provided below. We will investigate where your parcel is physically located. Delays are most often caused by weather conditions, public holidays or hold-ups with the delivery company. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by a delayed order.
